SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1. Shipping

You can ship your package to us with your preferred carrier, or simply drop off your kite and/or bar if you are local to NYC.  To reduce your shipping costs in both directions, it is advised that you do the following: Please make sure to box it as small as possible, while still maintaining enough protection so that no damage is caused in shipping. We also appreciate that you make sure the kite and/or bar is dry and clean of sand and debris. When this is not done, please respect that a surcharge will be applied and turn around time may be slower. When we receive your package, we will notify you and give you a hard price for the repair work (note that sometimes a ballpark estimate is the best we can give via email and telephone calls). If the repair needs to be expedited, please let us know.

2. Repair

3. Return Shipment

As soon as your kite has been fixed, we will send you an invoice for the completed repair, including the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt of invoice payment, we will ship your kite back to you (or you may pick-up locally in NYC) so that you can get back to the sport you enjoy so much.  Expedited repairs can be shipped with a fast delivery method if owner requests. A shipping confirmation email will be sent out so that you can track your package all the way back home.
